Install Flash Player Without Administrative Privilages in Firefox

There are free easy steps to install Flash Player without administrative privilages in Firefox,
Follow the steps:

1. copy the link and paste it in Internet Explorer (http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/xpi/current/flashplayer-win.xpi).
(Note: Use Only internet explorer)
2. It will be asked to save the file, Save it.
3. Rename the file (.xpi to .zip).
4. Now Unzip it (Just Double Click on the file to Open).
5. Copy only 2 Files ( 1. NPSWF32.dll, 2. flashplayer.xpt)
6. Goto to C: or D: -> Program files -> Mozilla firefox -> plugins( Where you saved Mozilla while installing)
7. Paste the two files(Where you copied earlier).
8. Restart the browser(Firefox).
